Our apartment, in the heart of Trastevere, is a combination of historical and contemporary, where the warm tones of classic Roman brick blend with a modern industrial style with accurate and comfortable furnishings.
It is located in a pedestrian area full of Roman trattorias, flea markets, small shops and artisan shops, adjacent to the charming Piazza S. Maria, and a few steps from John Cabot; it also offers a perfect location for those wishing to visit the main tourist attractions of the eternal city on foot.
The apartment, completely renovated, is located in a period building in the most photographed street of the XIII district, thanks to the wisteria characteristic that climb the walls. It is on the first floor and extremely quiet.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with King Size double beds, 25 cm high mattresses, duvet covers with fine linens, large wardrobe, desk, capacious safes, luggage rack and Smart TV with free Netflix channel.
One of the two bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and offers the possibility, upon request, to obtain accommodation with two single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms, equipped with comfortable showers with chromotherapy and a fantastic sound system to make a simple daily gesture, a pleasant experience !! They are also equipped with a hairdryer, hair straightener and all essential toiletries
The living area has a large sofa and a kitchenette with a brand new kitchen, equipped with every modern accessory (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. .): we will make sure that there is always tea, sugar and coffee to make you a traditional Italian espresso in the morning !!
The house is equipped with every comfort, with fast Internet (both WiFi and cable), air conditioning and heating, as well as having a complete laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and an ironing board.
Guides and maps are also available for our guests, which will advise you on the best restaurants and clubs selected by us (bars, supermarkets or the nearest services such as ATMs) and will also be your guide to the main monuments and tourist sites of Rome.
The house is suitable for couples, families with children and people traveling for work.
Pets are not allowed, of any size.
